Gulla Paniyara

Ingredients:
Maida Flour – 500 Gm
Sugar – 200 Gm
Salt to taste
Baking Soda – A pinch
Coconut – Cut into small pieces
Dried fruits – 50 gm
Water as required
Procedure:
  • Mix all the above ingredients into a batter
  • Paniyaram is done is a separate pan called the Paniyaram Pan. In the pan pour oil.
  • When the oil is heated, pour the batter into the provisions given in the pan.
  • When one side becomes, light brown, turn it to the other side using a thin stick.
  • Remove from oil when both the sides have become golden brown.
  • Serve hot
